Services

Definition. The "Services" consist of recruitment and selection consulting, human resources consulting, strategic human resources outsourcing consulting, socio-economic studies and the like; located at https://wmsglobalhr.com/ or other URL that we designate (the "Website"), including research and analysis tools, real-time access, central system of record, customized reports, customized data extracts, dashboard builder, etc. Among other things, the Services enable Users to conduct recruitment campaigns, obtain information related to their ongoing campaigns, generate reports and analytics on web pages or recruitment campaigns and access a wide range of related resources Updates, Additional Services. The Services include all updates, modifications and enhancements that WMS Global Resources may make available to its users of the Services at no additional charge ("Updates"). All Updates shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. You may subscribe to additional WMS Global Resources products and services, which will be subject to the terms of this Agreement, including any supplemental terms that apply to such additional products and services, or to separate terms and conditions that you must agree to before subscribing to such additional products and services.

Third party sites, services and products. The Services may reference or link to third party sites, products or services. Certain third party sites ("Third Party Sites") to which we link are provided to you only as a convenience and are not under our control. We are not responsible for monitoring any transactions between you and such Third Party Sites and do not guarantee, endorse, warrant or assume responsibility for them. Full agreement. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer upon any person other than the parties and their respective successors and assigns any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under this Agreement or pursuant thereto.
